Very high smoked taste
I've purchased this item a couple of times but the second time was to compare the taste from the first one I bought. I actually enjoy a smokey taste but this item has a very strong smokiness which I actually found unpleasant it totally overpowers any other taste and lingers on the pallet so that it taints the taste of anything else that I had with it. I actually ended up giving it to my dog which made it expensive dog food. If you like that level of smoking then it's fine but personally I won't be buying it again

I assumed plain meant plain. It actually would seem to mean smoked. I don’t like smoked meats. Sorry. I’m sure the quality is great.
