Q: Are these 200 or 300 gsm? the description says both...

I don't think it's more than 200 GSM. 300 GSM is super soft and these are just medium soft. Hope this helps!

The info sheet that comes with the towels dies not say, but they are thicker than the ones I have bought from departmen stores so I would think they are the 300's.

They will cling to your skin if you dry them with heat.

Q: Are you supposed to wash these? I did a few times and they did not feel the same afterwards.

Use a detergent designed for microfiber. Do not use any fabric softener. Wash microfiber separately. Dry on low heat. I wash and reuse microfiber with no problems.
