Let me start by saying that this is NOT a weight loss tool. Not by ANY means will it actually help burn more belly fat, because that is done by diet and exercise (maybe lipo or injections I guess too).This IS a great asset though!I drink water like no one’s business, and I’m someone that holds a lot of water weight. This helps me when I’m working out to sweat it out and give the appearance of a smaller waist! So yes, you can lose an inch fairly easy and if you incorporate it with regular exercise and a healthy diet, you’ll look and feel great. It’s more for confidence boosting than anything, but I appreciate it nonetheless!I’m about a month into my cut (a fat loss and muscle preserving diet and lifting routine with cardio incorporated- eat your protein lol) and I’ve already seen great results- and this helped with getting me a more aesthetic appearance around my waist. While I was bulking my body decided to load me up with a ton of gain in my belly… so now it’s time to shred it off!

Love this waist band. Makes me sweat like crazy! Doesn’t feel too tight anyway you wrap it. The only irritating thing is when you’re wearing it, the backside crinkles in the middle and up, but works like a charm otherwise! Love the color choices too
