BIC Flex 5 Men's Refillable 5-Blade Razors with 7 Cartridges

I bought these for my husband and they’ve been a great purchase. The five blades provide a close, smooth shave without irritating his skin, and the handle has a comfortable grip that makes it easy to use. The refill cartridges last a long time, so the value for the price is excellent. A reliable alternative to more expensive brands, and we’ll definitely keep buying them.

So at the same time I got these a friend got me Harry's to try. Both give a really nice close shave. I shave the sides of my head and parts of my face. (I have an undercut) But interestingly the BIC lasted longer. I'd been swapping which blade I used each time to see which lasted longer. My first shave was with the BIC. My last and most recent shave with the BIC was normal. Nice and smooth. No irritation (mind I do have to give my scalp extra time due to it being SENSITIVE WAH) but I'm able to go over one spot more than once without it having a fit. My face has zero issues with it. The last with the Harry's, which means one less shave ago, was a disaster of stubble. What's more, the refills for this are vastly cheaper. The handle feels nice in the hand. I wish it had a bit more heft, like the Harry's does, but it's not a deal breaker. So yeah. BIC once again surprises me with their quality versus price point.

After being so disappointed with other brand razors and blades, I was very pleasantly surprised at the BIC Flex 5 razors. The razor's blades are sharp and the shave is smooth. The sharpness also lasts longer than other razors. Bottom line... These razors provide the best shave I've had in several years.

I went to the store one day looking for the razors, and a lady with her daughter told me about BIC Flex. She said she tried her husband’s BIC Flex one day and fell in love with it, and she was even trying to get her teenage daughter to switch. So I decided to give it a try, and I’m really glad I did. This is the smoothest razor I’ve ever used. It actually glides on my legs with no pulling or scratching. Ladies, I know it says “men’s razor,” but it should be for women too because it works amazing. The handle feels good in your hand, the blades are sharp in a good way, and I get a close shave every time. The price is great too, especially for how well it works and you get 7 cartridges. I honestly don’t think I’ll go back to my old razors after this. I’m really happy I gave it a chance!

These are a good value, but just o.k. blades. The handle itself is good, but the blades are not as good as other brands. The first 3 times I used them; I ended each time with a razor nick on my face. I am careful now not to apply too much pressure so I can use these blades up and stick with my other brand. The closeness is o.k.---not the best.

I’ve tried DSC and Harry’s! This is way sharper!

These are cheaper than the other name brand and I like the handle and the blades are lasting just as long as any I can remember having. If you can snag a coupon, even better.

Very comfortable to shave with and i don't cut myself like with other razors

Its such a smooth shave, I had to double check it actually got anything, but it was completely clean!! I have just switched from disposable, and needed to find one of the cheapest, that still had good quality. Tbh, from the price of it, I did not expect it to be anywhere NEAR as smooth as this. I also had to balance the price of refills too, and this is honestly the best value I found.
