Hi David, thanks for your question! Unfortunately, the CairnCaddy is designed for the standard sized Glencairn glasses, which have a much wider base than the Wee Glencairns. Because of this, the CairnCaddy is not compatible with the miniature-sized Wee Glencairns. Cheers - Justin @ Cairn Craft

I can't imagine what you are doing wrong, my sons as well as myself all have this carrier and the Glencairn whiskey glasses fit perfect.

Q: How thick is the bamboo wood? Sometimes the wood is too thin and cracks easily. Also, what type of finish does this rack have?

The bamboo boards from which the rack are manufactured are .5" thick. The rack comes with a semi-gloss water resistant sealant on all surfaces, which protects the bamboo's natural color and texture. Cheers! - Justin @ Cairn Craft
