As one other person noted this is a critical spare part for the system. Fortunately when mine broke Briefton agreed to replace mine. I purchased it through Amazon. As a prime member, I got it with no shipping charge. They refunded the cost once I supplied information for my original order and my replacement order.With instructions as to how to remove the crank and pincushion, I would gladly give this a five of five instead of a four. NOTE: The crank has a left-handed thread! Niel

I own all of the Brieftons lateral spiralizers, and this is a good spare to have.
