It's big enough for a medium size dog, comfortably or a cat or group of kittens. I put a thick kennel cousion in it for stableizing it, since it will roll over without it, if animal jumps around. Other than that, it is very well made, folds up easy for traveling, love it! I wouldn't recommend for everyday use, good for potty training, temporary use.

How do I fold this once it is open? No instructions

push one corner of the tent and then holding the two ends twist in opposite directions and it folds right up!

what are the dimensions when folded?

EDIT: Because I always fold the crate flat to store, when I first answered this, I forgot it folded into a circle and came with a plastic storage case. When in the case it measures aproximately 10 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches high. ORIGINAL ANSWER: 34 1/4 X 19 3/4 X 1/4 (folds very flat). My crate's sides do not perfectly line up when folded so it measures a bit larger than the actual measurements for sides. When I first received the crate, the sides fit perfectly on top of each other so the measurements matched side measurements and folded to 1/4 inch high. (My crate has experienced rough wear with 2 puppies running in and out and wrestling until crate rolls over; this is probably why it is a bit sprung.)

How large dog will it hold

My dog is 70lbs and fits comfortably in there. I believe she’s a pit/lab mix
