When I saw these meerkat statues on the Design Toscano site, I just had to have them. "Meerkat Manor" on Animal Planet was one of my favorite shows. Design Toscano's shipping was pretty expensive. Since I have Amazon Prime, decided to see if the statues were available through Amazon...and they were!!...and they were on sale and on "Prime."So excited when they arrived just three days later....they are so cute and so realistic....I've placed them where I can see them from my front porch. They just bring a smile to my face when I see them.Will be purchasing more animals through Amazon to complete my personal zoo!

This little garden statue is so darling I’m thinking of buying one for my sister’s birthday. The attention to detail makes it very realistic. As one reviewer suggested, I sprayed it with Helmsman Spar Urethane to help keep the vivid colors from fading in the sunlight. So far so good.
