I received the item...It looked beautiful taped onto the cardboard. It was the perfect size for my parents' 8" 50th anniversary cake. Sadly, when it was time to present the cake, I carefully slid the cardboard from the plastic wrapper and removed the masking tape. One of the sides had come unglued from the plastic toothpick during shipping, therefore, it did not stand up very well on top of the cake. I tried to use a bit of tape, but the glittered paper prevented the tape from sticking. This was incredibly disappointing--and made a nice looking item unusable.

This was a beautiful addition to my aunt's 50th birthday celebration. Gold did not go with her color scheme, so I spray painted this topper a couple times over with light pink paint. I was worried that the paint would make the topper soggy, but I let it air dry really well between coats and it turned out great. We stuck it in the top layer of cupcakes in a cupcake tree. Super pretty product! :)

Careful when you remove it from the cardboard. This looked lovely on top of our custom cake. My friend liked it so much, she kept it for a scrapbook.

Loved the cake topper. Shipped quickly and was exactly as described. Perfect addition to the cake we baked; really made it extra fancy. Sturdy and will be able to reuse. Very pleased; would highly recommend!

Gold, glittery, and strong!! Came in nice and flat, strong enough to stick into a cold cake without bending, and withheld being in the fridge without wilting. Super product!

The cake topper is good quality, but is fragile. I was very happy that it was packaged very well. Perfect for a special birthday cake.
