Didn't know there was a book, and now refreshing my skills and enjoying the book along with the awesome illustrations and jokes! Definitely a book to get your whole team to play as a team at the utmost quality you can attain.

Very interesting book on customer service! Easy to read and chapters are very short. I would definitely recommend this book.

It arrived but late then expected date contacted seller they told me will arrive on specific date but didn’t. But in all a good a seller book arrived in excellent condition.
