Great for sea- or air-sickness!
While suffering through turbulence on a flight, a nearby passenger offered me one of these little gems.... it worked within minutes to settle my stomach. I now keep a few in my bag and definitely eat a few before flights or before stepping onto a boat. I gave a package to a friend with kids to help as they ride the bus to school - she swears by them. Great flavor, too.
