Bought this for my gym, and it's been a fantastic addition. The stainless - steel body is resistant to rust and scratches, which is important in a high - traffic area like ours. The automatic function is quick and reliable, and it holds a large amount of soap. It's made keeping our facilities clean and hygienic so much easier.

I installed this automatic soap dispenser in my office restroom, and it's been amazing. The installation was a piece of cake, and it started working right away. It works very good, but an adjustment to the amount of soup coming out will be amazing

The tank size is ok, but the way the pump is situated makes removing the tank a no-no. Therefore, filling the tank takes more effort/thought/care than it should.That said, the only major complaint - and it's a big one - is the motion detection. I have to almost (and often do) touch the bottom of the sensor area with my fingertips to get the sensor to activate and dispense the soap solution. Way way way too small a detection area for the motion sensor.dispensing volume is good.opening the case and replacing the batteries is easy.I have not owned the device long enough to comment on battery life or durability.I bought this dispenser out of despair. I much prefer foaming soap dispensers, but they are thoroughly unreliable. That is, the automatic foaming dispensers are unreliable. I've tried cheaper counter top dispensers to commercial wall mounted dispensers. They either don't foam enough, don't dispense enough foam in one go, or they clog and don't work well...or they only work well with their own soap, and the foaming mechanism is basically designed to fail after approximately one container is emptied so that you have to pay their price for their soap (and scent) -- I'm looking at you, Purell.So it's with great disappointment that I caved and just went back to plain liquid soap, because the automatic (touch free) dispensing is a priority for me. This product would be great if only the sensor were good from just an inch further away (making a grand total of 1.5" heh).

Never has worked tried several different batteries. Never worked. They offered to send me a replacement and it's been over a month and nothing . I would not recommend buying this item from this company

This stainless - steel automatic soap dispenser is a must - have for any commercial setting. I use it in my hair salon, and it's always consistent with the soap dispensing. The sensor works well even with wet hands, and the build quality is top - notch. It's easy to refill, too. I'm extremely satisfied with this product.
