These are very nice knives. They are a good weight and very sharp. They are all one piece so easy to keep clean. I would recommend.

Gave these as a gift to a friend who really needed them. Nice and light but sturdy. Great cutting ability. Looks to be of great quality. Very good price point. Dishwasher safe.

Great knives with no joint to hold dirt. Easy to clean. Can be kept supersharp with a whetstone.

Very easy to use. VERY sharp so be careful. One solid design. No worries about the handle separating after time. Can not give it enough stars.

I love that these are one piece of steel. They’re great knives, but I have to say I bought these because I had bought similar ones from the same brand years ago, but I loved the old ones so much better. These are Japanese steel, the others were German. The main difference is that the German blades are lighter in weight and have a different feel and grip to them. My whole family likes those better. They’re easier, and I feel safer, for my young daughters to work. They’re also easier for my father and my husband’s mother, both of whom have shaky hands. That said, the Japanese version is still excellent and a cut above (pun intended) every other knife at this price point. Definitely worth the money.

These knives are sharp and hold their edge. The larger one is nice for cutting through larger pieces of meat and the smaller one works well as a generally chopping workhorse.Ergonomically the knives aren't balanced properly. The handles are very heavy compared to the blades.They seem to have a particularly hard edge. I don't have to hone them as often as my other knives.

Great high-quality knives. We use them daily and they work well with whatever I am cutting.
