Since they charged me $10 to replace my old cable box which malfunctioned & erased all my DVR programs, I hesitated to give them more money because of their failing equipment. It works perfectly with my Scientific Atlanta cable box, & everything is fully functional: the program guide, menu, DVR, page up or down, even the A, B & C buttons. Most of the buttons are in the same place as my current remote, with only a couple of exceptions, easing the transition to this remote. It was easy to program, taking only a few short seconds. By the way, as I write this review, I noticed that the main price shown is $30, which is double what I pain & is way too much. I recommend looking to other sellers listed for a better price. The remote didn't work, until I entered the Arris code in setup. Now it works exactly like my old remote. It is literally the same remote, except this one says "Spectrum" on the bottom instead of "Charter."
