Does this come with mounting brackets for satellites

Yes both the bar and the satellites have their own very straight forward mounting hardware. I’m not sure the screws / anchors were included though. But it’s basic single screw per satellite

What kind of cables connect the speakers to the subwoofer? what can i get for replacements? just a standard rca cable?

Yes, they are standard cables and the ones included are pretty long 15’ I believe.

can you get dolby atmos via bluetooth or is the use of the hdmi cable required for it?

I’m not a tech wizard, but I had the same question and on my research I found that you can stream music and what not through blue tooth, but Dolby atmos (or any Dolby configuration) needs to go Through the HDMI
