Works fine and comes with all the instructions. The only problem was that the controller had a jammed screw, and I had to solder the wire to it.

I have been running this motor for a few weeks now, it is quiet and vibration free. The speed readout works well. I bought it to upgrade from 1/8 to 1/4in collets so I could surface my waste board. Does a great job. The supplied set of collets allows you to use a wide range of drill sizes as well as cutters should you need to. No regrets over the upgrade from a brushed motor.
