Fantastic modern tap
Wow! Just wow!! This tap is really brilliant. I took a bit of a gamble on it as it was very cheap for such a modern nice tap, but so glad I did. A plumber came and fitted a new kitchen sink and the tap at same time, and even he said it was an excellent quality tsp and very easy to fit. He said he’d had customers spend £300 on a tap and it wasn’t as nice, good quality and functional as this one…..so that impressed him and me. I bought it in May 2024 when it was £52.99 but was on a promo discount so got it for £45! Great price. I wouldn’t say the magnet retraction works though. You have to manually push it back in until it clicks in place, but quite honestly, that’s no problem at all. It wipes clean very easily and has a lovely Matt finish with simple control with hot one side, cold the other, pull forward for on, push back for off. The extending hose is the best bit about this tap and very useful as my son has a small 4 place setting “sit-on-the-worktop” dishwasher which isn’t plumbed in, so normally needs filling with 3 x jugs of water. This pull-out hose is brilliant as he now uses this to fill it instead. The dishwasher pings when there’s enough water in it. The hose stretches to reach something 50cm away. Ideal for watering plants on windowsill too, as well as rinsing plates. The water pressure from this tap isn’t as powerful as it was from his very old box-standard swan-neck tap, but the benefits and quality of this tap with the 2 spray settings far out way the slight reduction in pressure on this tap. It’s a very small insignificant compromise. It’s Fantastic value. If you’re looking at this and you’ve save it in your “might buy” list, just do it. My son is really pleased with it. Way way nicer looking than his old stainless steel limescaled sink, drainer and tap. Really changes the look of his kitchen. Really wow factor now.

Excellent tap for the price.
I would recommend this tap for a utility room or a kitchen due to the ability to remove the head. Construction of the tap is lighter than a tap of greater quality, but as an every day affordable tap, this fits the bill. When turning the tap on, it defaults to regular flow but with the press of the button, this turns into a shower type spray which when used in conjunction with the removable head is very useful for cleaning and rinsing larger and more awkward items. It should be noted that the head does not re-engage the tap body with the use of magnets, rather it requires the user to line it up and slot it in. When installing, be aware that the counter weight which is to be attached to the tap feed hangs down below the sink and must have be uninhibited to work effectively. The tap is supplied with 1/2” female tails for hot and cold feed. I would recommend to install 15mm isolating valves in line with the hot and cold feeds should they not already be installed under your sink. These can be bought as a two pack for under £3 elsewhere. Reading some of the reviews before buying; I noticed some complaints that this tap provides a reduced water pressure but I would suggest this is user error when installing. The tails are long and are rather soft (budget price tap- to be expected) so are likely to kink when installing, thus reducing flow rate. So long as they are installed correctly, the performance of this tap should be no less than any other. Over all, a great buy for the money. The brushed effect is really quite consistent between metal body and plastic head of the tap. I can not comment on the other finishes available.

Solid value for money
Most other taps like this would be in the £100-200 range from most normal suppliers. The finish is good, and overall a good size for a smallish kitchen sink. All parts work as expected: tap is smooth and good freedom of motion, the extendable tubing gives good length to the handheld portion, and the flow switch works almost as expected (although defaults back to solid stream when water is turned off). The fitting to the tap is easy. Uses two M6x20 to secure the washer and seal against the underside of the counter (I dropped one and lost it so was an easy replacement). From what I could tell it was a standard sized tap body since it just fit through the countertop hole without issue. The pipe fittings are standard G 1/2 inch. I found out (the hard way) that my kitchen plumbing was using the smaller G 3/8 inch threads. Screwfix had some bushings to help adapt, and with some PTFE tape it was sorted. Only downside is that the despite the magnet and keyed fit (so that the tap always attaches facing down after holding) the fit between the handheld tap and fixed part is slightly loose. It then leaves a very slight wobble when its reattached. Overall though not that bad and for the price it was worth it.

I love this tap
I search for a few options and was warned against this kind of tap becoming wobbly with use, but so far it seems snappy every time. There’s a magnet to secure it and a weighted system to assist in retraction, so if you put everything where it goes smartly and cleanly it’s perfectly solid. The hose is long enough to extend right down into the basin for cleaning. The shower mode is great for a bit of extra force AND, from a distance, I light shower for rinsing fruit and veg. It has a lovely matt silver finish and looks great. When fitting you need to get it very tight to stop it wobbling. Once done the rotating arm is a joy to use. Would absolutely recommend. It’s not even that expensive - and I cannot imagine how the more expensive ones could be any better.

So far, so great
I wanted a new kitchen tap as I wanted a taller one and one with a pull out spray head and this fits the bill. When it first arrived and I opened the box i though it looked overly huge, but now in situ its just fine, sure it is big, but I don't think grotesquely so. It has a good weight to it, the tap tails have plenty of length to them and it can be installed with normal spanners and screw drivers - no need for those monoblock tap spanners. It was only installed yesterday so time will tell on the long term quality. But for now, I am able to get a mop bucket and the tumble dryer condenser unit under the tap with ease, the spray head is as useful as I was expecting it to be, and the 'stream' or 'spray' function can be used with the tap in its normal standing and without the need to pull the hose out. If there is a downside then the weight isn't that weighty (or the position you are advised to mount it in should be adjusted) as I have been feeding the hose back in a little after use. There's not a huge tension or pull to take it back in but at the same time it also means its not a struggle to pull it out so 50/50 I suppose.

Great value for money
easy to fit, we can't use the weight as it gets stuck with the build of our sink, but it still works just fine pushing the hose back in manually. Looks much more expensive then it was and the spray function works really well!

Quality
Not really what I wanted and the quality was not what I thought

Disappointing
Looks good, easy to install and I WAS very happy for the first couple of months. Unfortunately the tap has already stopped working. I've removed the aerator and checked the pipes but it appears that an internal part is the issue. Disappointed that its only lasted a short amount of time.
