KEEN Women's Hoodoo II Winter Boot

Waiting for some snow to really give these a good test, but they fit well and are very comfortable. I'm not sure I'll be able to wear thick socks with these, but that may not be necessary due to the insulation. The speed lacing system is very nice. Loosen them all the way to put the boots on, then just mostly give the top of the strings a good yank and with minimal adjusting, you're good-to-go. The color was quite different than in the picture -- more like a dark grey upper with dark brown just above the sole, which was a bit disappointing, but still looks o.k.

The reviews were conflicting, some said order a size up, some said same size was perfect, some said to small. I was betting on the average, and chose wrong. I could barely put my foot in without a struggle, and I undid all the laces too. I did put my biggest foot in first, but it was way to snug for comfort with a very thin sock. I would reccommend at least a whole size up for comfort.

I purchased a pair of these boots for my wife. Very attractive well made boot, but had a very tight fit through the instep (tight to the point where she couldn't get it on). It would be very good for a woman with very petite feet. We have both purchased Keen footware in the past (through Amazon), and have bee very satisfied...just not this time.

I like these boots so far. Very comfortable from the moment I put them on. Could walk long distances in them easily. Very light and yet warm. I do wish the tongue was gussetted all the way up the shaft of the boot. But it is the comfort and versatility that makes the boot. I ordered my true size and very happy with the fit. Enjoy.

Personally spoke with people who have these boots and heard great things. Glad a read other reviews. I ordered 1/2 size larger. The toe area seems a little snug. Could not wear a heavy sock. Haven't really been able to test them yet but they seem like they'll do the job. Hoping to love them!

I wanted a boot that did everything! Keep my feet warm and dry in all freezing weather, provide incredible traction, arch support room for toes and look cute. After searching all over I tried this and it is perfect!!! I wore them immediately to play in 8" snow banks with my 3 year old boy. We tromped up the hill and I carried all 43 lbs him down without any slipping!! Yesterday I wore them in Manhattan for the entire day with no trouble. I believe I'll be wearing them for 10 years. The only complaint is that it does take a bit of time to lace them up, but its worth it. A good tight fit keeps me grounded! Thank you Keen!!!

The boots fit tight, but I could have made it work. The problem was that the boot was too high for me, I am 5 feet tall. I also did not like that the laces did not extend into the furry part of the booth. There was no way to wear the boots under your pants because the furry part on the top bulges out because there's no laces to tied down. It's probably a great for a taller person.

My feet are finally warm. I walk every morning at 5:30 and snowshoe weekends. this winter has had so many days below zero in western NY that my feet were always cold until I purcharsed these Hoodoo Keens. I have other keen boots so I knew to buy a size larger than my shoe size to make room for the sock liner and the wool socks that I wear for walking and hiking. They fit perfectly and are comfortable to walk in and are warm. My feet have not even been chilly. I highly recommend these boots. Besides being functional they are attractive with the design on the side.

Was told that this boot is small fitting so took a chance and bought a size which I knew would be too large. My size was not available. It's still a loose fit for me (bought a 37 but my size is 35) but I wanted a tough nice looking waterproof warm winter boot and there is room to wear a thick sock. So overall I got what I expected and am happy with this. Only just discovered Keen boots and think they are a great brand.

I like these boots a lot, I have been looking for a combination smart but robust boot that I can get away with wearing to work during bad weather and one that I know I will be fine walking rurally in. Only thing that annoys me is that the top padding is fatter than I realised it would be and you can't wear these under trousers, even loose ones. Delighted to have purchased in the sale, probably wouldn't have thought they were worth the full price.

Dieser Stiefel hat eine angenehme, weibliche Passform (auch für schmale Füße), ist aber nicht zu eng und dazu schön geschnitten. Wasserfest und im Zehenbereich mit einer Gummikappe vor Nässe und Abrieb gschützt. Außerdem eine rutschsichere Laufsohle. Es gibt für einen funktionellen Schuh viel zu beachten. Dieser hat eigentlich alles. Ich fühle mich gegen die Kälte gut gerüstet! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Leider meiner Tochter, die Gr. 41 trägt, in derselben Größe zu klein. Fallen von der Weite her großzügig aus, nur der große Zeh stößt vorne an. Mir mit Gr 40 würden sie optimal passen, aber schwarz ist nicht mein Ding ;) Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

Jetzt ist der große Schnee da und ich trage diese wunderbaren Schuhe ständig. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, die Füße sind warm und trocken und meine kilometerlangen Hundespaziergänge eine Laufwohltat.
