These are 100% post-consumer recycled which is important to me.These will last a long time and am pleased with them.

Light weight
I read two reviews and decided to give these a try. They are very flimsy. I don't see a paper weight, but they aren't much more than regular paper. Not enough to be of any use to me. Love Amazon and their return policy!Recycled paper is not an excuse to be this thin of folder. Back they go.

always try to buy recycled when I can.
these are a little thinner than non-recycled paper folders but i expected that. they work great, have nice muted colors, and are perfect for my needs. it is so important to "close the loop" by buying recycled products and I wish more companies would offer us a choice. i will buy again.

Organize and save trees at the same time!
These file folders are sturdy and functional. I will buy them again when I need more. I bought them because using recycled materials is important to me, as well as saving trees! I also bought hanging folders made from recycled material.

Wasn't quite the color I expected
It was a darker red rather than the brighter red shown in the photo, but it serves the filing purpose and it felt great to reorganize my files. I've used a variety of file folders and these are good quality, Pendaflex are great.
