Not a screen Protector, Also came scratched.
I would’ve shared photos had I thought to snap a few before getting irritated & just balling them up into the trash as I had already taken the adhesive cover off & tried to use them but I just thought ppl should know these screen covers kind of sucked. I guess I should’ve known when the 2 pack was selling each at half the price most sell one for. . I didn’t think about it just thought two would be good in case I needed a second go at putting it on my laptop right lol. I usually do pretty good putting the tempered glass covers on my phones so I figured between two covers I’d be good, I got these & when I opened them I noticed there were little scratches across both covers just everywhere. You don’t notice at first but when you go to lift it up & the light shines through you suddenly see all these scratches become apparent. It was like everywhere, all over the cover too. I already opened them so I figured screw it, even if it’s scratched at least it’s a cover that’ll protect my screen & keep it clean until I get something else.. . If it can do that… It’s a very flimsy little cover & I’m not sure it’s actually meant to ‘protect’ your screen… When it came time to stick it down & apply it there was like no way to stick it on there without getting an F ton of bubbles everyone claims their covers don’t get, right down the center of the screen too, & unlike the little bubble clearing cards I get with other cover kits, the one included here didn’t really help much… Maybe cuz there was just so much more than what you normally have to brush out. I went to go peel the #2 tab off once I had it stuck on there the first time, still bubbles right in the middle & totally scratched, but it was on there at least & looked better than what was to come… I pulled the #2 tab to take the last piece of plastic off & instead of taking the plastic off the cover, it just pulled the whole cover right back off my lap top. After I had just sat there sticking & pushing it onto the laptop. Great.. Now it’s dusty & caught dog hair, I’ll just start over… right? Wrong. I ran into basically the same issues with the second scratched up cover & it just had too many bubbles to really work.. They’re like really matte looking btw, I guess that could be a plus or a minus depending.. I don’t mind that but overall these just sucked. I would’ve returned them if I could have but they’re pretty much just balled up trash at this point after playing with them trying to get them to work, stick, & not have an obscene amount of bubbling. Idk why it’s been so hard to just find like a privacy shaded tempered glass screen cover for this size screen but I’ve ordered a regular tempered glass one I found & hopefully that’ll be better. I’ll just wear some anti blue light glasses when screen scrolling in bed from now on since the anti blue light doesn’t seem to just be a feature in all screen covers… Personally, I didn’t like these from the moment I opened them & felt how flimsy they were, then saw all the scratches… I hope this helps anyone whose losing hours to finding a screen cover like I have, lol. It did fit the screen at least which has been a tough find.. but god, just so scratched up & cheaply made. No thanks.

Things to know before ordering.
There are some things I wish I would have known before ordering this privacy screen protector.1) The screen protector itself is NOT ADHESIVE! In the package, you are provided with 2 ways to mount it. First off, you can use sliding hooks if you have a screen with raised bezels. These allow for the screen protector to be slid in and out when needed. Second, you can use the included double-sided sticky tape. I used this option because I don't have raised bezels. The thing I've noticed so far is, because of the thickness of the adhesion tape (even though it's super thin), the screen protector is slightly lifted off of the screen. Also, the pieces of tape might be applying uneven pressure to the screen itself. So far, I've noticed that the screen protector might not be responding as well as it does with no cover. (This isn't yet proven, but I do have suspicions.)2) The screen protector makes the screen quite a bit darker than it should. A darker screen, combined with the "privacy" element, can make the screen a bit hard to view at times. Not terrible by any means, but at times, it is a bit inconvenient.3) There is a notch on one of the longer sides of the screen protector. It is pretty difficult to notice in the photos, but it is definitely noticeable after receiving it.4) There is a glossy side and a matte side. The matte side provides glare protection, but lessened privacy. The glossy side provides less glare protection, but more privacy. You don't get the best of both worlds, but it seems that the matte side works pretty well so far. These are the negatives so far. The product seems pretty acceptable so far, but these are the complaints that I have at the moment.

I probably installed it wrong
Legit privacy screen, but there were some bubbles on the screen that might've been due to me putting it on poorly. Great product otherwise, though it's worth noting that it will make your screen noticeably darker

Great, but ...
The screen is mildly rippled due to cardboard it comes in. Maybe after being on screen (like cell phone screen protector), those ripples will dissipate. We shall see. Photos show left screen with filter, right screen without. Happy with privacy. You practically have to stand obliquely at my left shoulder to see the screen. So for me, this does the job. Also, slightly bowed, so I had to use sticky tape AFTER putting on screen where suggested. Use sticky on all side and CORNERS or there'll be peek-a-boo from those top and bottom sides on matte side. My contrast is set to 100 and brightness 50. Slight vingnette the closer you sit directly in front of screen. Matte side has no glare whatsoever. Would have given 5 stars but for ripples and mounting.

It's ok
I have noticed that the screen does not provide complete privacy as advertised. The photos depicting the screen's ability to darken at an angle appear to be misleading. While it does darken slightly, it does not become pitch black, thus allowing a person standing at the side to still see the screen. The adhesiveness of the tabs that attach the screen to the bezel is barely adequate. While they do stick, it is with reluctance. Any slight touch to the tabs can cause them to pop off effortlessly, and due to their transparency, they easily get misplaced. When peeling off the protective film on the screen, a slight crease on one of the corners was created with no effort. This crease has become quite distracting.Lastly, I must express my disappointment in the overall quality of the product. Although I purchased it used - like new at a discounted price, I believe that if I had paid full price, I would have returned the screen immediately.
