Super phone easily rivals more expensive phones
This is my second Ulefone, I find it extremely easy to operate. Comes pretty much fully charged so can use straight out of the box.Setting up was a piece of cake, love the security measures such as fingerprint and facial recognition. My Dad has a Samsung and this phone has everything the Samsung does and more, and at over 5 times cheaper. Recently went to the USA and the 2 sim card slot really came in handy. But the second SIM card slot can also be used as a second memory card.Battery life is good, listened to music yesterday from 7.30 am to 8pm via Bluetooth earphones and surfed the net for around an hour, dealt with several emails, calls and messages in an area where I had max of 2 bars on my SIM reception and I still had 65% battery left.Only downside to this phone over my other Ulefone is there appears to be no way to have a notification light for messages, mail etc, instead it just puts a notification dot by the app, which is great if you have the screen on and on the right page. Maybe can be fixed in an update. Not a major problem but it's more convenient to have a notification light. As I said it APPEARS to be no way to have this light. Early days yet....only had the phone a couple of days..... so may come across it.Overall I would recommend this phone to one looking for a new android phone

Surprisingly good for what I need
I have a Note 12 and two Note 13P. For the money as a well-specced everyday smartphone it's brilliant. Nice quality feel. Photos not bad (80% of what the best Samsung's/Apples can do - but certainly good enough). Had an Android error but fixed by a hard restart and update. Really good display and very bright if you need it. Used a Note 13P for some months now and phone feels reliable and secure. Email, document handling, pics and video - all perfect.

A Slight Disappointment.
I had to return this phone due to problems charging the battery.Putting that aside, I had originally bought it because I was extremely happy with the Ulephone Note 9, unfortunately the Note13 is a bit of a let down in comparison. It's very sturdy and feel likes it will last a while, but using it is far from a smooth experience and I would describe it's performance as 'snatchy'. There are also a number of basic features missing compared to the Note 9, for instance there is no charging light, meaning there are no flashing notifications for texts, missed calls etc. Another annoying problem is the fact you cannot launch features from the lock screen via the drop down menu. So if you need to use the torch, bluetooth etc, you will firstly need to unlock the screen. A slight disappointment compared to my previous Note 9.

Awful phone - worst I've had in 8yrs of buying entry-level handsets
After a few hours of transferring over the setup (apps etc) from my old phone (Cubot X30) to the Ulefone Note 13, I took it for a run through its paces.Performance wise I think it's pretty decent and fairly snappy. However, the display seemed completely off in terms of the colour accuracy. I don't think it can render red - every red tone was displayed as vibrant/burnt orange. I compared the screen to my Cubot and it seemed completely washed out and devoid of any contrast or colour depth.I next tried the cameras. These are abysmal, absolutely abysmal. Phones from nearly a decade ago deliver better pictures. The main reason for buying the Ulefone over others was that it has Sony Image Sensors. As a well trusted/established brand known for their reasonably good quality lenses and sensors, I was expected much more than the mushy undefined poor quality images that the camera produces. It's almost as if someone has smeared Vaseline over the lens - no definition, lots of noise in the image, abysmal colour saturation and depth, absolutely horrible.Just to qualify my reference points, my Cubot X30 is significantly better (just being replaced as it's a bit unreliable now) and prior to that I've had phones in the £80-£150 price range from Cubot, Xiaomi, and Oukitel etc. Going back through photo's I'd taken 8 years prior, it was clear that despite having a higher pixel count and also being so much newer, the quality of image and screen is shockingly poor and worse than products nearly a decade older!I transferred the images to my laptop so I could ensure it wasn't just a case of the shockingly bad display screen with wildly inaccurate colour rendering that was the issue, and no - it wasn't, it's clearly the camera/lens/sensor. I've tried various different settings from decreasing the pixel count to applying filters, invoking the AI capability of the photo application etc etc. It's just awful. The front camera is virtually unusable in low light and not really passable in good daylight. Again, colours are all over the place, noise fills the image, and there is a distinct lack of definition. The built in speaker is mono, which isn't an issue, but it's quite blare'y and jarring on the ears!It does have NFC built in though and some other good features and the size of the display is good and it comes with a case.I would suggest if you intend to take photos to retain for posterity of events, locations, friends, and family, you should give this a strong miss! If you want to use it to view images like photos or videos, again, give it a miss, and if you want to listen to anything without headphones, give it a miss.If your use case is a large screen, you want to use Google Pay, you only read the news or look at Facebook/Twitter on it, and don't intend to use the camera for anything than maybe capturing the gas meter reading and have no interest in YouTube, Netflix, or Prime Video etc, and any music/audio you listen to via headphones, this may still be viable. If not, my advice is steer well clear.I organised a return to Amazon the following morning and have bought a Motorola for a bit more money that I hope will be a significant improvement (I'd be amazed if any other mobile phone could fail as spectacularly to deliver as the Ulefone!)

GREAT SCREEN, AND CAN, CHEAPLY. DOUBLE IT'S MEMORY
This phone, comes 'tied' to Google. I had to do two factory resets. To disengage, to put the DDG search engine, I trust, for the actual recipient. It is easy to install a top-line, active security system, at least for the first year! With the foregoing, it is an excellent value phone, for a non-tech person. You can add the wallpaper, for the next edit of Android, which is more pleasing, for the recipient, at least, this one's. Was £60 less, than my default choice. Recipient, Is delighted, with the 30Gb of data and unlimited calls and texts, for £15/month. SIM-only deal I got for it. It does the job, charges fast, big battery, too! A very good 'buy'

Just a great phone
If you are looking to save money but have a good phone then this one I will recommend. It does everything I need it to do and has good camera UHD pics can be taken and the screen Resolution is excellent. All in all I really love my phone and would buy another one if they had more colours like purple.
