Superb bit of kit
I was looking for a rugged phone, as I had broken yet another screen. I also needed something a little smaller that would comfortably fit in a pocket. This was an absolute no brainer deal since it cost only slightly more than a screen for the old phone.Superb screen with fantastic clarity, and very quick smooth operation in all apps. As another review said you need to tap a little harder on the screen for typing compared to any other phone I've owned but small price to pay for the more robust construction - getting used to it won't take long.Speaker is completely adequate for a conversation, but not the best for music- again this doesnt bother me as I just use a Bluetooth speaker or ear buds. Great battery lasting a couple of days no problem.

Very disappointing - freezes and turns off constantly.
Very disappointing - phone started freezing and turning itself off on day one and by day three I gave up on it and posted it back to Amazon. I get that it is a budget smartphone but it should at least work. Shame as the rugged design looks good.

After a rocky start, I have to say this company has done everything to solve any issues and because of that they have won me as a customer. Great product and fantastic customer service!

Not good for couriers
I purchased this item to make deliveries for Amazon Flex but sadly this phone is not up to scratch.The GPS constantly requires calibration resulting in poor navigation and location information.The only good thing going for it is that it survives drops but I would not recommend this device.

IT IS THE MOST USELESS PHONE I EVER OWNED OUT OF APP 200 PHONES

Rugged and reliable budget phone, suitable for children.
My 10 year old is making good use of this. It has survived 3 weeks of school and I like that fact that it's "military grade" in the sense of being drop proof and water proof. She finds it easy to use and is very happy with it. Battery seems to last her a few days, no problem.

Could be better
Bought this as an 'upgrade' from another model from last year. It crashes constantly and we seem to have to reboot the phone several times a day.Considering this is a works phone not ideal.

Bediene unfreundlichßtes Handy der wellt... es
Es ist so langsam wie ein Amiga. Es ist komplett bediener unfreundlich. Man kann weder einfach auf zurück klicken noch einfach so auf die standart Einstellungen des Handys zurück greifen. Alles istMit lästigen Wischen verbunden. Dieses Handy sollte vom Markt genommen werden. Einfach nur peinlich.

Non conforme alla descrizione
Non è indistruttibile come da descrizione. Per una caduta accidentale dalla tasca del giubbotto da un altezza di circa 1,00 ml. si è frantumato l'angolo del display. L'audio e microfono hanno il suono non chiaro. Tasto di accensione troppo delicato. Touch screen non è abbastanza sensibile.

Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio
Il telefono non da problemi,ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio della fotocamera ( scarsa)Luce torcia poco illuminante.Premetto che lo uso per lavoro e non mi lamento .E in telefono affidabile con una buona durata della batteria.
