This Tremolo Arm Works Perfectly If Used Correctly
First of all, like all Fender genuine products I've purchased, this is top quality. Now, many people have given this bad reviews claiming that this is unusable. The claim is that, when the arm is screwed in all the way it is so low to the guitar body it is incredibly difficult to use. This is actually true...though not the whole story. You see, Fender screw-in tremolo arms are supposed to be used with a small spring inside the trem arm mount hole. This isn't made obvious and many people probably lost the spring (or didn't get one on a used guitar) so would never even know it needs to be in there. Fortunately I knew about this, and ordered a pack of Fender tremolo mount springs (from here on Amazon). Bottom line: With the proper tiny little spring in place, this tremolo arm screws in just the right amount, has perfect height, adjustment and feel, and works perfectly. Yes it's not the same as the ones that come with american Fenders but that's not what it's advertised as. For the price, it's an amazing product. If used correctly. I hope this review can help others make this work the way they would like. I love mine!

Fits my Fernandes Love Driver from Japan!!
I read all the conflicting reviews on whether or not this bar will fit in Asian/Japanese strats, and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did! :) This bar is approx. 5mm in diameter, just FYI. Recently got a Ken (L'Arc~en~Ciel) signature model Fernandes Love Driver LD-95KK (the orange sparkly one with the gold aluminum pickguard and iron trem block), and inexplicably, it came with a left-handed whammy bar. From Japan.....let that sink in. The whammy bar actually fit, except for being backwards (Pro tip: If you've never owned a strat before, the threaded hole for the bar is actually at a DIAGONAL angle inside the block, so don't freak out, like me, thinking your trem bar hole is crooked). I basically held the bar up to my screen and compared the threads, and went, "Yup, it looks like that will fit!"....and it actually did. I'm assuming that if it fits the LD-95KK, it will probably fit any Love Driver, and likely any Fernandes strat. I just wanted to post this helpful bit of info. Protip #2, if you're ordering the arm, go ahead and order some Fender arm tension springs too. I recently learned about them after discovering that the only way the arm is fully firm is if it's screwed in all the way, which makes it parallel to the string, with no downward movement. No bueno! Drop in a tension spring and screw down the bar, and then you can leave it in any position and it should stay. OH! I wanted to mention as well that, also contrary to some of these reviews, my bar was a genuine Fender in the packaging, and the end cap needed to be pressed down over the bar. There's a small double-sided flange on the bar that helps hold the plastic cap on, so if you're hoping for a smooth Floyd Rose style bar for use without the cap, then this is not the bar for you.

Not for 90's Mim Strats
This is incredibly loose in my made in Mexico fender strat from the 1990's. Its loose enough that I'm sure it's the wrong size. It works, but it's loose as hell. I'm keeping it and using it. I like the angle it has and the length seems right as well.

Not compatible with BlackTop Jazzmaster
Warning for those who look for Fender BlackTop Jazzmaster (Made in Mexico). It doesn't fit. Why did I trust chatGPT's answer... ?... I forgot LLMs are not truth seekers.
