This product is extremely helpful and nourishing for your hands. I work outside all day and have to deal with getting my hands wet in the cold air so my hands take a beating. This product gives my hands the moisture they desperately need and keep them from cracking. Also, this helps a lot for grip, keeping a hold of things with having the proper moisture in your hands. It rubs into your skin extremely quick and is not greasy at all. It does have a very slight tacky feel after application, but with more retained moisture in your hands, I do believe this is to be expected and normal. Now, lets get to the issue of the size of containers. I made a purchase from another website, and the containers were advertised as 6.8 ounces, and when I received them, they were 5.4 ounces. In the photo you can clearly see that the 6.8 ounce does not have an ounce marking on top, so the sellers are putting that photo up and then sending the 5.4 ounce containers instead. This is a huge mistake by the company in my opinion, but not the only one. They also marked both as "value size", which is mistake number 2. I can see one of them that way, but not both. To me the 6.8 ounce should be marked as the value size and at the same or barely more than the price of the 5.4 ounce, validating the "value" of the size. Either way, the bosses at this company really messed this up. I feel the need to get the word out there on this as I got stung and wish to keep others from having it happen to them, so BUYER BEWARE!!! Now, also let me be clear on this - this product, provided by Amazon IS AS ADVERTISED! 6.8 ounces and the one that is 6.8 ounces in this photo is one of the 2 from this purchase. Works well on hands and feet.

I work in a freezer, and I wear leather gloves a lot. That alone keeps my hands pretty dry, year round. But for years, my hands would start to crack and bleed, almost immediately when the weather turned cold, and they would stay ugly and cracked -- and oh yeah, painful -- until Spring. I tried a lot of different lotions and balms and any other thing to try to fix it; and some would help a little, and some would ease the pain a little bit, but nothing ever really helped very much. Until someone told me about O'Keeffe's Working Hands Cream. They described their situation, which sounded very much like mine, and said that O'Keeffe's was the first thing they'd found that really worked. So, even though I'd heard that before about other products, which never worked as well for me as people said they had worked for them... I figured I'd give it a try anyway. And much to my surprise, O'Keeffe's really did work, where so many other products had failed. The difference is amazing! I don't even use it as regularly as I ought to, because sometimes I'm just too lazy to just grab the container and put it on, and yet my hands don't crack up like they used to. In fact... as silly as it sounds, the fact that I'm lazy about putting it on, actually proves how well it works! Because, with the way my hands used to be... I really wanted some relief, and I wasn't lazy about putting on some lotion. So the fact that I don't feel that desperation anymore, that just shows how much of an improvement this stuff has made. So anyway, even if you've tried everything else and think nothing works... try O'Keeffe's! It surprised me; I bet it will pleasantly surprise you too.

I am tough on my hands. This cream moisturizes and keeps my hands from cracking. A little goes a long way. I highly recommend for those who suffer from winter-time finger splits.

I bought this for my Mum since she complained about her hands being dry. The product is a bit greasier than I'd like, but good. The packaging leaves little to be desired. I compromised by giving a 4 star rating. The lid was not screwed properly so one of the jars opened during transit and spread it's content everywhere in the bag. Normally I would rate solely on the product but this was such a disappointment!
