This is a great item especially for older people who suffer from cold.

Brilliant. Heats up in 10 minutes. Stays hot for hours.

I use this all the time during winter and it's great. It doesn't take too long to heat up and it's soft with a pouch for your hands. The only issue is it loses its heat fairly quickly compared to my old one, so I'm reheating quite a bit. Not an problem really though so I highly recommend.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my sister. I thought the item would be like the one on the box - of the woman lying on the cushion - yes I should have read the size (and converted from metric!) but I just went off the visual photo!I was with my sister when she opened this and we were both very disappointed and I felt let down this wasn’t like what was depicted on the box it was just a very small and extremely heavy heat pad!This was not like the photo on the box but I note that they have now changed the box and have put a photo of the pad on - unfortunately this is not to scale and looks big compared to woman!So very disappointed with this size and weight!

This item was suggested to me because of suffering a lot with my back which saves me from keep refreshing from a kettle of hot water I found this very good

Worked extremely well initially but seems to have lost power.Doesn't get as hot as it did when first purchased.

These are a brilliant idea for anyone who enjoys a hot water bottle. I originally bought it for someone who burnt themselves filling up a normal one. They thought it was such a good idea, they gifted me one back! I then purchased several more for both old and young members of the family.You can roll over in the morning and heat one to make getting out of bed easier in winter mornings! There's no risk of pouring boiling water over yourself. They keep their heat for a good amount of time, especially if used under a blanket or in a hoodie pocket.However... depending on how much you use them, they only seem to last a winter or two. I've returned half of those originally purchased for refunds because they started to leak... I've just had another start leaking, but I bought it in Feb 2024, so I've missed the 1-year window. They also stop heating up as much, which I don't really understand. You can set them off heating for a second time, which does seem to work, but I wonder if that's why they start to leak...TL:DRGreat idea, avoids dangers of pouring boiling water into a tiny hole BUT poorly constructed and leaks after 1 season of use

Bought three of this model a few weeks ago - two to replace broken ones (different manufacturer) for myself and my wife, and one as a gift.Inexpensive. Heats quickly. Elegant looking fabric with no noticeable issues with stitching or finishing. Soft to the touch, comfortable between your back and a chair etc.Optimistic that it will last well. The first one of these we ever bought lasted more than three years but when that stopped working the next model only worked for around six months.
