This book is everything! I am sure I will read it again! I purchased it on my kindle but I will be buying a physical copy.

Can the editor do better? I’m on Chapter 9 and the last two words at the end of most paragraphs are fused. It’s a little distracting. I skimmed through forward chapters and found the same issue.

Just like the title says, this is truly how you heal. It felt like the author was reading my mind about every thought I've had and answered it in this book. This author is top notch at these kind of books and it kind of felt like an older sibling or parent was talking to me giving me advice. Highly recommend! I'm actually about to read it again!

This book is incredible. I read it as a morning devotion over the course of a year, and I am changed. In large part because of this book. Brianna's words leave a lasting impression and a jumping off point to change your thoughts.
