This product works really great, it was very cheap and liable for its used. Great for daily use.

In my experience, this item was terrible. The installation process was ok. However, it was difficult to being clipped in the pedals of the bikes. I have experience for many years using spinning shoes. With these cleats everyday it was difficult releasing when getting off the bike.Two week after using it, one of the screws was lost and the cleat stayed in the pedal. It was very difficult to release the shoes. I started to watch the contralateral cleat. One week after, one of the screws fell by itself. I examined it and it was totally destroyed. The quality of the screws is extremely bad.Save your money and invest in real Shimano cleats.

Very unsatisfied with these brackets. They do not stay firm to my shoes and slide side to side. Disappointing

The cleats broke within two weeks. Front part of cleat just broke off

Changed out my expensive mountain bike clips for these so they would be more compatible with the gym spin bike. Easy to install. But only clipped in and out twice for the first class and already the clips are showing wear. Yes they work, yes they are easy to install. Worth the 8 bucks sure are but will they last probably not. If you need a cheap clip for the crappy gym class pedals then these will work.
