Great looking car seat. We never got to use it though as we noticed the scratched cupholders. Coincidently, if you look closely at the pictures they are the same cup holders (or even the same seat) as reported by another reviewer here on Nov 8th. Stranger yet is that the date of manufacture is Dec 22, and after those Nov 8th pictures were posted. Too many questions to keep this one so we'll try to order another. Looks great, and we absolutely LOVE our other Britax One4Life seat. My only hesitation on re-ordering asap that this one is big and heavy and will probably leave some marks on your leather seats over time. It also looks like like the click tight feature crimps the seatbelt a bit likely leaving a permanent wrinkle in the belt. Point being, if you've got a nice new car and want to keep it looking that way, this may not be the car seat for you.Britax customer care was amazing, and said this could have been caused during manufacturing and even offered to refund or replace if Amazon was not able to.

This is the third, and hopefully the last car seat for my child. The previous two I bought were Cybex brand and of much higher quality and price. This car seat definitely doesn't fall into the category of cheap, and to be honest, I expected better quality materials. Their quick latch mechanism for the car's seat belt works OK. After a few repeated attempts and adjustments of the belt, it locks the car seat in very solidly. I expected less finagling! Adding in the hook to the back of the seat for a third securing point and I see why they did so well in the NHSTA tests. I'm not worried of the seat coming lose in a crash. The adjustable base, a deciding factor for this purchase, is useless. Once the seat belt is locked in solid so that you have less than 1 inch of wiggle play in the seat, then the adjustable base is receiving so much pressure tension, you can't adjust it. Your only option is to lock in the reclined or forward position and then strap the car seat down with the car's seat belt. As for multi-positional they advertise, making it sound like 3 or more positions, you only get 2 and there isn't much difference between them. My hope is it lasts as my child grows and I won't need to buy a 4th car seat.

I can not figure out why they would give you the old version of the seatbelt strap for a child's car seat. It doesn't make sense. I like this seat, but any company that does not include the new version of the seat belt that straps to the anchors in the car's seat does not care as much about child safety as they say they do. Saving a few dollars on a strap that prevents the car seat from moving around is carelessness on britax's part. This makes it impossible for those that are not really strong to mount this car seat in really tightly. Other than that, this seat is easy to use and easy to get your child in and out of. The shoulder straps loosen up far enough so that it is easy to get them out of the way so that it is easy to get your little one in the seat quickly and easily the next time. The release is easy to reach and works well. I just wish the manufacturers would stop chewing out on the parts that lock the seat into the car most effectively.

I love this harness booster car seat! My daughter is 4 yrs old, I’d like to use the harness booster as long as possible to keep her safe! It is more easy to install than other car seat what we have, and my daughter said it is comfortable! I recommended it!

I was really excited about this seat, but I was sent an open box item that has damage to it! The box was super beat up, no packaging except for a torn plastic bag around the seat. The arm rests looked like they’d been cleaned with a rag, the cup holder area scratched and the worst part is that there is damage to the body! You can see in my pictures where there is a gap between plastic pieces on the body. Not safe!!!! I paid full price for a used item. I’m returning and buying one IRL.
