Helikon-Tex Medical Line Pocket Med Insert

First off it was smaller that I anticipated, one it was small but thought a tad bigger but anyway besides that it can hold a decent amount and is great for a ifak. Definitely being used for my EDC supplies

So this is a great edition to what i carry in the job. Its a little smaller then expected but none the less useful. I keep a little bit of trauma ( gauze, abd pads, 4×4s ) for quick access and some narcan. Also a small pen light and pad and paper. Its really nice to not have to dig through my pockets.

Perfect pocket size pouch for a edc med kit. Good quality. It is small enough for Jean pocket or even cargo pants pocket like in the video.

Don't buy this expecting to use it for a trauma kit. This pouch is perfect for a smaller booboo kit. I was able to fit several badaids, gauze, and medications and still had room left over. My small bandage scissors fit snugly and securely in the slot on the back and my emergency contact info fit in the front plastic sleeve. If you carry a paper print out for your information it may be too thick. Mine was snug with 2 cards in it. The construction and material of the pouch is great. I'm sure it will hold up fine like my other Helikon-tex products. Overall this a great pouch to throw in a cargo pocket, backpack, or glove box.

This product is well designed for its intended purpose. It is not designed as a carrier for full first aid kit, it does provide ample storage for a minor first aid kit. I was able to store a couple of 5x5 pads, a couple of 3x3 pads, a length of cling warp to secure these pads, a half dozen band aids, a pair of nitrile gloves, and several packets of alcohol wipes. With these contents the thickness is about 1/2". The size is such it will easily go into a cargo pants pocket or coat pocket.

I love this. It rides in my backpack for EDC. It isn't large, so not even a SWAT tourniquet fits. But I have gloves, EMS shears, basic first-aid equipment. It looks cool, too. Made a red handle for it by wrapping the handle with red electrical tape.

Top notch gear! It has all the "tactical" features and quality you would expect but doesn't have the super tactical look like others. I use this for a booboo kit in my cargo pocket. A must carry if you have active Kids!

It's a great product. I'm a paramedic and I work at several services in my area and run with a lot my own gear for a sense of uniformity and such. With that said I keep all my reference material in it and my trauma shears. The product photos made me think it was a little but bigger. My Broslo Tape doesn't fit in it which was a little disappointing. Otherwise it's great. AND it keeps my shears from wearing through my pants.

Brilliant pocket size first aid pouch, I've bought 2, one for my car, and the other for every day carry, you don't have to use them just for first aid though

Lo llevo siempre encima con mi kit mini medical EDC.

This is a great size to fit inside the Helikon tex general purpose pouch. Not big enough for a large first aid kit but big enough for the basics. solid and well made like most Helikon tex gear.
