3rd time buyer
Recommended.I've purchased 3 of these paddles over the last few years due to having several boards out on the water at a time. The paddles have always served their purpose well. The paddles are used by me at 6 ft and adjust enough to be used by my 4 ft 6 year old.Recently the collar of one of the paddles wore down prematurely (albeit after 2 years of use). I contacted SURF and SNOW WAREHOUSE to request a replacement part and they were very responsive and went beyond providing a replacement collar, they provided an entire new paddle. All they asked was that i provide a picture of the worn part so they could address the issue with their manufacturer. The paddle performs as I would expect any functional paddle to perform. What sets this product apart from others for me is the company's eagerness to ensure a positive customer experience.I'm very happy with all 3 purchases.

Fabulous customer service!
I had several interactions with Surf and Snow Warehouse about my paddle -- which had a slight problem. After I explained, they went ahead and sent me a new one -- without me even asking! No return was necessary. I'll be sure to recommend this company -- and this paddle -- to my SUP buddies. I ordered this as a replacement for an older BPS paddle that I lost. I loved it and the new one has the same great qualities -- especially the feel of the handle, plus it's lightweight and adjustable. I'm looking forward to taking the new one out on the water! :)

You can trust this company and their business practices
It floats. I added 2 small pieces of pool noodle just to be sure as this is my third paddle. Apparently, I'm a paddle's worst nightmare. So far 4 paddleboarding excursions and I've lost the paddling end of two 3-piece paddles. Went with a two piece paddle this time to make up for my irresponsible paddle nature. Checked it in my pool and it floats without the pool noodle safety net. Haven't taken it out into the Lagoon yet...maybe next week, but paddled in my pool and it's as light as my other ones were and seems to paddle easily. Bought from the same company as the 2nd paddle I lost because they really stand behind their warranty. Blair refunded the purchase price the day after I emailed her with my tragic paddle loss so I could get a new paddle. Is this paddle the best paddle ever? Dunno. I'll let you know after I've been out with it. But I really respect a company that stands behind their products and am more than willing to give them my business.

Stiff. Way better than the one the board came with
My only gripe is that this won't fit into my board bag. But it's the key to it's strength. It is only a two piece,so no joint half way that flexes. The head(paddle?) Part is wide and stiff. Far and away better than the ones that came with my boards. Very happy.

Good Customer Service
I rent SUPs (and canoes and kayaks), and am always in the market for inexpensive, but durable, paddles. The BPS paddles fill the bill, and the customer service has been 5-star. Thee problem with rental paddles is that the movable part of the adjustment clip sometimes falls off. When I mentioned this to Blair in an email, he was quick to respond with additional clips. My biggest complaint is the shipping. I order 12 paddles at a time, and each paddle comes with it's own box and wrapping, and was and a pain in the ass with which to deal considering the volume of cardboard. All in all, the paddle should last though normal wear and tear.

The paddle looks great, I'm sure it will be fine
So I just picked this up at the post office. The paddle looks great, I'm sure it will be fine. The packaging is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. THEY SHIPPED IT IN A 10' BOX. Whoever packed this must have been a stoned teenager with a cruel sense of humor, and a grudge against postal workers. There was no way I could fit it in my car. I had to break down the box in the middle of the post office. Although it was hilarious, it was mostly ridiculous and inconvenient.

Less expensive than a WalMart paddle, likely much better
I shopped around and didn't want to spend $90-$100 on a paddle, but probably will next time just for weight savings. This feels heavier than the advertised 2.1 lbs, but maybe that's due to the heavy paddle portion.I'm 6'2" and it feels just right at full length. The adjustment is easy for making the paddle shorter or longer when kneeling. It is getting scratched from the button adjustments but otherwise a good value.

Estamos contentos, el precio es ajustado y la calidad está bastante bien, mucho mejor que el remo que venía con nuestro sup.
