I adore this necklace! The chain, clasp and personalized "pendant" are all solid and sturdy. No "chintzy-ness" to any of it. The attachment to where the cursive name hits the chain is very, very good quality, and best of all, the gold-plating looks gorgeous. People would think a necklace like this would cost upwards many, many HUNDREDS of dollars! Truly would HIGHLY recommend buying one of these beauties.

But I was expecting a thinner chain.Updated review:- I contacted the seller having the concern of the thicker chain and they were happy to send me a thin chain for me! Packaging is not good

This necklace was exactly as I imagined. It is so beautiful and the perfect length.The only surprise to me was that it was delivered through canada post so I was a little confused with the tracking but if you’re aware of that then it should be seamless :)Quick delivery for something custom made! Very happy with my purchase :)

The media could not be loaded.  This quality of this chain is amazing! This is my second order and I must commend the seller as well. I got the first chain a few months back and it's still as shiny as it arrived. On my second order, I was initially sent a different design, I was contacted by the seller who immediately apologized and sent another chain with the correct design at no cost. Both the necklace and customer service is top notch. If you're thinking of getting it, just go ahead.

Necklace took awhile (5 weeks) to be delivered and at one point Amazon told me it might be lost. I contacted the seller who helped fix this issue. They rushed the package out to me and even offered me a refund on the shipping fee. Necklace is very nice.
