Q: I have a solar array that outputs AC but the meter would lose power every night. would it still hold the memory?

Q: Will this meter totalize KWH usage daily, weekly, monthly, and annually?

Thanks for your inquiry. The EKM-25IDS meter simply displays your latest, Total kWh. This is your Total kWh, which is a cumulative read - the same way that a classic electric meter would read. This is what you are billed on. Just read this each month, for instance, (or each week, etc.) and subtract last month’s read from this month’s read to get your total for this month. Q: will this meter measure reverse current. power selling back to the grid

Thanks for the inquiry. This specific meter will record Total kWh -- irregardless of direction. So if you pull in 5 kWh from the Grid and then send out 5 kWh out to the Grid then the meter will simply display 10kWh. Q: Does this meter hold data in the event of a power outage?

Yes. This meter will maintain it's Total kWh value for up to 10 years without power, so power outages are no problem.
