Excellent content regarding lymphatic system and diet correlation for management.

This is written in a very clinical context. I think It would be helpful to use more everyday language. It does however, provide alot of information on how the lymphatic system works. If you are looking to gain knowledge, I think this book would be a good starting point.

Price too much for this paperback which has only a few points of new knowledge. I'm not sure just who the "writer" had in mind as her focus, but if the professional, they'd not see much in this text. A little of this & that out there with few connections made as to relevancy. Appearance is of someone who has gathered information already out there and then attempted to give it value by tossing in a meager amount of "what's new."
