Love this sugar, never gets hard great tasting, but way too expensive to keep using.

This stuff is good. I like it in coffee. if I use light roast coffee, I skip cream so no calories.!

This brown sugar substitute is fantastic. My son is a Type 1 diabetic and he wanted me to make my Pecan Pie Breadpudding with sugar free products. I found Sukrin Gold brown sugar substitute on Amazon, ordered it, and used it in my recipe. Everyone was amazed how delicious my breadpudding tasted and were absolutely flabbergasted when they discovered that I used brown sugar substitute in lieu of the real thing. Even the brown sugar on top forned a wonderful crispy crunch to it. I would highly recommend this product and I will be using it whenever I desire a brown sugar substitute. My son has asked me to make the Pecan Pie Breadpudding every Christmas. That's how good the Sukrin Gold tasted!!!

My husband and I have been following a low carbohydrate diet for a couple of months to shed some winter pounds. I bought Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar Alternative on the advice of a friend. My husband has a terrible sweet tooth and I bought the Sukring Gold with the intention of making him some low carb peanut butter cookies. The friend who recommended the Sukrin Gold assured me that my husband would not be able to tell the difference between it and real sugar. I was skeptical, as I am an avid baker, and my hubby is my absolute best customer. Not being a patient person, I of course had to try out my Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar Alternative on the day it was delivered. I had been watching videos on YouTube and had decided which low carb peanut butter cookie I was going to try. Before adding the Sukrin to my mix, I tasted it. In my opinion, this product is quite a bit sweeter than actual sugar. I don't know if the low carb diet has changed my taste buds or what, but I decided to reduce the amount of sweetener in the recipe by 25 percent. While the cookies were baking, they smelled just like any other peanut butter cookie. My family started hovering around the kitchen as the time drew near to remove the cookies from the oven. How did they taste? While the cookies did not taste exactly like cookies made with traditional sugar, they were good. Despite reducing the recipe's sweetener content by 25 percent, they were still a little on the sweet side. There was no unpleasant aftertaste as often comes with alternative sweeteners. As sweeteners go, this is a pretty good one. It is a bit pricey for the quantity that you get, which is why I only gave four stars. I would recommend it to any dieter with a sweet tooth. You can sub it 1 for 1 in your favorite recipe, or look on the internet or on YouTube for a low carb, low calorie recipe if that is what you need.

There is no off taste or texture. It is expensive, but I keep buying it.I am very sensitive to the off tastes of artificial sweeteners, and even to straight stevia and monkfruit, but this works for me. (As does their Melis). I have lost considerable weight over the last two years with diet and exercise, and this product has made it pleasanter and easier.

Wow... I was so hesitant to try Keto-friendly brown sugar. This stuff is AMAZING. Like other forms of Erythritol, it is crunchy, which can be a bit distracting, but the flavor and consistency is spot on. Price is a little steep as well, but I feel like I actually use LESS of it than I would with brown sugar. Very impressed with this product!

This is one of my favorite sweeteners. Tastes very close to the real thing. I use it in my oatmeal every morning.

Really happy with flavor, just the same as brown sugar regular in every way. will get hard if not carefully packaged back up after using. worth the price for me to have brown sugar for cooking my own low carb desserts.
