The product came out of case that are mentioned in the enclosed instructions. I threw it in the trash because the there is no way this is sanitary

The material is absolutely way to soft/flimsy to do the job.
The material that goes into the ear useless. It need to be a bit firmer to be able to catch/scrape/grab the wax. Total waste of money.

Don’t think they work
I know they say qtips are bad for you.. but at least they get the wax out. These do nothing
