I am always on the lookout for added protein but without that distinct protein taste. This passed the test. Even my husband thought it tasted good and he is a hard one to please when it comes to food with protein. Not hard to bake, looks and tastes like pancakes.

Great tasting

I purchased this pancake mix because the one I had been using got discontinued like many good products these days. Met RX buttermilk protein pancake mix, it actually smelled like buttermilk when you cooked the pancake so I said let's give this one a try. I saw it on Instagram by someone who i follow and I said why not, let's try it. Oh God! I must say this smells like old oat and tastes just as yucky, no buttermilk taste or smell anywhere. Yes, super nutrional, high protein, fiber, etc but not a great taste. I added high quality semi sweet dark chocolate chips and no sugar syrup, it's the only way I could eat them. I don't see myself buying this again after the bag is done.

Expensive but tasty for protein only diets.

Healthy and taste good even family and kids approve. A little pricy for the small amount but otherwise good.

I got the buttermilk ones and they are delicious! Perfect healthy option!

Addendum: I used to love this pancake mix, but they changed the recipe and I don't like the flavor anymore. Still has great clean ingredients but it doesn't taste good anymore. It's a shame. I won't be buying it again. WOW!...I'M HOOKED! ...when I first looked into this Protein Pancake Mix I became interested because I liked the Macros' ratio and the Ingredients used in it (except for the Erithritol, I would have preferred if it was sweetened with Stevia or Monkfruit). The reviews I saw at the time weren't great but I decided to give it a try anyway ...and I'm glad I did. I bought the Buttermilk Pancakes and OMG! They are Amazing! They taste delicious and the texture is perfect. They are so tasty that I don't even want to eat them with the syrup I had bought for them because it masks their delicious flavor. I will definitely be buying it again and would Absolutely recommend it. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to try Not to eat it too often because of the sweetener used in it. Erithritol is one of those Sweeteners I don't think should be used daily. But overall, a GREAT product.
