Great TV

I can see why some give this such bad reviews, it's a case of almost but not quite achieving excellence.There are several buttons that do NOTHING !!!You Cannot select any HDMI source using the dedicated button, it just does NOTHING !!!The Only way to select an HDMI source is by using the OK GOOGLE on the second remote control but This has proved Unreliable !!!The Button for the SETTINGS Menu does Nothing , as does the button for Freeview HOME PAGE !!!The FREEVIEW PLAY button Does work but I haven't been able to find a way of installing the apps that I bought this TV for!!!Believe it or not there ARE positive things to say about this TV !It comes with 2 Remote controls which is good for me and the wife !The Picture is Superb once adjusted to your personal preference which is quite easy to do.The Sound is Actually good for this type of TV which was a pleasant surprise !WiFi works perfectly and the aerial signal on this TV even for Ultra HD works better than the Sony Android TV that this replaces !!!I was tempted to send this back because of the various issues that I have with it but I'm going to stick with it for a while because I DO LIKE the Picture and Sound this TV offers.I will try to do an update later .UPDATE !!!I NOW KNOW THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS LACK OF PROPER USER INSTRUCTIONS !!!Just by chance I discovered that it is necessary to register the TV with TLC who actually make this TV !Once registered follow the guidance to set up the Remote controls and VOILA !!!Now all of the buttons DO WORK !!!Sensible Step by Step setup instructions would have saved this from some terrible reviews, the ones that came with the TV you might as well throw away, they are NO help Whatsoever !I NOW HAVE A DAMN GOOD TV !!!

Do not bye this TV when playing Xbox the green trees in Forza horizon 4 and 5 are pink instead of green far cry 5 all cars have pink patches on them on call of duty there is red around doors chairs and dont even get me started the top of the screen is peeling away from the frame there loads of dead pixels sound is cracking please do not buy save your Money for a better brand and I can't send it back because I don't live near a printer shop so I am stuck with it it fit for the bin and they are all like this I googled it tlc and this brand have the pink graphics glitch and all they have to do is a software update but they can't be arsed to fix the problems so there is no update it's running old android 9 last updated 2020 over 3 years ago what a rubbish TV😔😔😔😔 plus there screen noise on a hd TV plus hogwarts legacy has loads of small green dots over the screen plus up close there is a grid of some sort over the screen please don't bye I have had 2 TV both with the same problem that's because it's a software. Problem and they can't be bothered to fix the TV last updated 2021
