Our old (4 years) hand set started to give problems particularly on buttons that were used to control the replay recording, the new hand set was delivered a day earlier , and we had two batteries in and had it working within minutes,The quality of the product is outstanding, however we think it is overpriced by about five pounds, this is our only complaint, but still a five star product.Brian C

Exactly what we needed after my grandson bit the on/off button on our original one off. This is quite unsafe and we are now aware of this.

Good value for the money

I got this controller after trying a generic copy that failed just weeks after buying it. The generic version flattened batteries at an incredible rate, something this genuine version doesn't do.

I don't usually leave reviews but I've just received a rude and unhelpful response having contacted the seller as I have only had this remote for 5 months and the main power button has dropped off, making it unusable. I've been told I should have reported this earlier and I'm unable to return. Shocking customer service. Will not be using this company or product again.
