Q: How to remove the cleaning pin? Per the graphic, it’s the red plastic thing attached to one end. I’ve tried pulling and rotating - neither works.

I believe I’ve removed it used it once. If I remember correctly, it’s threaded and you have to hold the spray arm steady and use a pair of pliers to loosen the cleaning plug.
