These are the perfect kits for the pi4. Every single thing you need in the box including a USB micro SD card reader. A (relatively) huge sd card to get started, a nice power cord, instruction diagrams, everything. From this kit you only need to buy any project specific parts you may need but as a one purchase kit to play with the pi it's awesome!

Easy, but I know I’m underutilizing…
Perfect! I got to run Home Bridge (HOOBS) and had the whole thing assembled in under 20 but I was distracted by watching Love is Blind, so could have been under 10. When I get the itch to program anything I’ll have it to tinker with.
