I ordered the blue and expected the fabric would be blue in person- it’s actually a sheer pearlescent which is actually prettier than I think blue would have been. The lights add quite a bit of color once they are on, though! The lights are powered by 3 AA batteries (not included) in a pack attached to the back of the neck band. But there is a power button that hangs down by the wrist - so you can switch between off, on, and strobe super easy. The two metal extenders are collapsible, and they just slide in pockets on the edge of the cape- so easy to pack.

With the lights off this is a pretty white shimmery color. It straps around your neck and the battery pack is behind your neck, easy to hide under hair. The batons are very sturdy, not flimsy at all! My daughter is already planning her Halloween costume around these wings! The on off button is easy to access when wearing. It is a little scratchy on the neck, but we have sensitive skin. She will simply wear a turtleneck or something around her neck when using it. The neck party is very stretchy. Pay attention to the size, it is very long! They give all that info in the description . I’m happy, this will be a stand out costume for sure!

I loved this!!!! It lights up the whole room! Super nice, really captures the moment. Two things that were an inconvenience: First I really didn’t like that one of the light strands were broken and was a challenge to fix. Second the neck strap was a little tight, but for that I just did the velcro at half way. But, over all, this is very beautiful an is totally worth buying.

Bought this for my wife for a neon themed party. She was the hit of the party. Looks great in photos. Lightweight and easy to use. Also packs and traveling well, does not take up a lot of space.Wish we had this when we went to Burning Man.

Do not buy this product. It is poorly made. Uncomfortable. The lighting is barely attached. Falsely represented. I ended up not using it. Then to come find out it cannot be returned. Amazon took zero responsibility.

The media could not be loaded.  This product was super easy to use. I just popped the batteries in and pushed the metal bars in the side to hold and there you go. It attaches with velcro around you neck so super comfortable and adjustable. Beautiful in the dark all lit up. It can be changed from solid lights to blinking lights.

The media could not be loaded.  The wings attach at the neck and come with two detachable poles. The neck piece is a little uncomfortable but it could be easily fixed by wrapping with some fabric. The wings are absolutely stunning. In the light they have a pearly sheen and when the lights are out they glow a pretty purple. Really fun and they will make a very stunning outfit.

It doesn’t work. The switch is not manufactured correctly. No way to return it. Difficult to track down the seller.Update: the seller contacted me and gave me a full refund. I appreciate it and have increased my rating for this company. I do still think they should look at the problem to try to fix it. Thank you.
