Fantastic Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook
This recipe book was very helpful. Chronic inflammation is something that has always been a problem so it was useful to know that there are so many meals that I can make while still being cautious of inflammation. Have you ever suffered from stomach struggles? There are people who struggle with inflammation. The pain it causes you makes you wonder if it will never end. Thank God this is not the end of the story. This cookbook may be the perfect solution to your tummy troubles. The book shows people how to eat well in this condition!I love that this book had a variety of recipes and also the VERY large amount of recipes. It has everything from breakfast, poultry, seafood, vegetarians, salads and so on. Because of the sheer amount of recipes it has, the book also allows for people with different food restrictions or allergies to find something they can make. The recipe's themselves are straightforward with easy-to-follow instructions and I can't wait to make more of them!If you are prone to the hard work of having someone else do the meal planning for you, this book is suitable for you. There is a handy 21-day meal plan already down in writing for you at the very end of this book. This is great because if you're just starting out with this diet it may get overwhelming to choose a recipe to make for every single meal and also makes it easier to meal prep and buy your groceries. This makes your first few weeks super easy. Stick with that meal plan, and half of the work is already done for you! Great cookbook. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

wonderful options, but not so great for beginners
This cookbook offers a variety of healthy recipes with options for everyone. Not only does it have options for any time of the day or occasion, it also has options that will appeal to many different tastes. The book also includes recipes that can accommodate any schedule. That said, I don’t think I would recommend this book for beginners, despite the title, as many of the recipes contain a large number of ingredients and assume that readers own a variety of kitchen of appliances, including steamer bowls, a panini press, an InstantPot, a slow cooker, and a Dutch oven. There are also many recipes that appear to have a limited number of steps when in reality many steps have been combined to make the recipes appear simpler at first glance. However, there are still many recipes you could cook if you lack these appliances or need to save time, and the affordable price of the book makes it worth the purchase.Also, I wish the author had included sources for some of the claims in the introduction. While these recipes are definitely healthy, certain claims about the benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet and warnings about specific foods make me wonder what official sources I could look into before deciding to switch to this diet.

Wide variety and Easy recipes!
Loved: the variety, the simplicity, and the sheer number of recipes available.Would have loved: if there were little symbols indicating some things like high protein, gluten-free, etc.I am so EXCITED to try these soon:Amazing Banana Oat Pancakes - simple and sounds way healthier than normal pancakesCoconut Chocolate Barks - I have all the ingredients already (minus cocoa nibs) and so this will be super easy to throw together!Spicy Beef Fajitas - I love every part of the name. I love spicy. I LOVE beef. And I LOOVVEEE FAJITAS! So ready to try this soon.

Clean Helpful Eating
I am one of endless people dealing with IBS/D. Not easy at times. Going to doctors and trying different diets, made me search for different types of cookbooks. One of the things that I tried was drinking the fresh water from the inside of the coconut. The first thing that made me laugh was that many of these recipes involve some small type of coconut in the recipe. Meal planning always take time when you have a busy schedule during the work week. I skimmed through the apps and desserts. I focused on the meals with all types of meats and poultry. Very clean. Very lean. The recipes introduced back to me things that I missed savoring from childhood. With 500 recipes I am happy with what I found, and am happy with adjusting a few routines of my eating habits to make my stomach feel calmer and healthier.

I wish the book was more reasonable regarding the number of different ingredients. But overall it's a good idea book.

Recipes are great!
This recipe book does provide some good insight to inflammation along with foods you should and should not eat. I found this information to be useful.There are many good recipes in here that are simple and easy to follow.The one thing that I was disappointed in was that the nutritional facts do not list the sugar contents.Overall very satisfied!

Not quite what I was expecting
No pictures or illustrations which is always quite disappointing for cookbooks. Sadly the formatting is also poor with page ends sometimes containing the title of the recipe and the recipe then on the next page. Almost like it is the kindle version made into book form. Hope the recipes are better than the design.
