Answer in first question It’s water-proof & Smuge proof you’ll be pleased. Great product. It wears off itself.. over days .. So don’t put it on if you want to take off for that is a process.

If you go on the website or just google make up for ever color swatch they might show you someone of similar color that will help you it worked for me

Q: Does this cover up small tattoos?

It could youvwoukd have to layer it,,but if you use a product called dermablend will will get maximum cover
