Despite the mixed reviews, I bought this, and experienced the same thing others have complained about where it does not appear to work.I eventually found that if the gel insert is still soft, it's not cold enough. You need to turn your freezer down to the point where where the gel becomes crunchy or solid.

Absolutely waste of money tried it on numerous occasions with squash first then fizz doesn't work at all strongly advise people don't buy it a waste of time !!!

I have previously purchased one of these cups for my son which did not work. After him showing me several YouTube videos of the cups, I purchased this one thinking maybe I hadn't followed the instructions properly.Once it arrived we froze it overnight just to be sure it froze enough. We put juice in as instructed and secured the lid. After squeezing for ages, juice pouring out the sides as the seal was not secure enough, we managed to get a few tint shards of ice to appear, but lost half of the small amount of juice the cup holds.I went to wash the cup and the plastic bit that goes round the seal came off, which means it definitely wasn't sealed properly. I don't see how this would affect the performance of the cup apart from spillages.0 stars.

This is pretty cool and I will say that my kids adore it. This is a convenient and quick method f turning your favourite juice into a slushy treat. The process is simple and just requires freezing the cup for a few hours in advance before adding the juice and waiting 60 seconds. It's that simple.The process works very well and the slush produced is lovely. My only issue is that the cup does struggle to handle large quantities. If you fill the cup to the brim then you end up with more juice than slush. So you sort of need a 1/3 of a cup for the best results. In fairness that's more than enough for the kids and the process is good fun for them.It's like witchcraft to watch.

Don't understand any other reviews on here and maybe because I got the cola cup and not the others.. anyway it's brilliant as I've a good slush machine and this cup is so much better, yes it takes awhile to freeze the cup but once froze pop in any juice I'm a sucker for cola but also done lemonade in it.... Pop on the lid then squeeze turning the cup as you go along... I remove the lid after that as the spoon you get hits the sides of the holed lid and so it's easy to eat without lid... This is the best thing I have bought so am now going to get rid of my slush machine and buy a second one of these. Yum yum yum.

Works well

This slushy maker works but does not make a real slushy it makes the drink icy. Although it is not a proper slushy it tastes quite good you can use any liquid to make the slushy if it does not work it is because the temperature of the freezer is not low enough. Apart from all of this the slushy maker is great and has good instructions.

Om jag kunde ge minus så hade jag vjirt det. Locket gick sönder vid första monteringen, vid gängorna och då är produkten nästan värdelös eftersom det läcker då.

Klappt bei uns mit Saft und Kindercola sehr gut und erfüllt seinen Zweck :)

ce produit n'a pas été utilisé car il a semblé trop gros pour un petit congélateur et pour un enfant, comme tous les produits Coca Cola il est très stylé, par contre les instructions sont en anglais même si elles sont évidentes à comprendre

Mein Sohn wollte Slushies und dies schien mir eine günstige, schnelle Variante.Hat etwa 4 mal funktioniert und danach war das ding einfach kaputt.Gibt sicher besseres.Für uns kaufe ich das nicht nochmal.
