It came lightly broken, but the content was intact because it's wrapped in a nailon bag, at least in my case it came like that.I first use it as directed. Apply evenly, then lest rest for 15 min, it looked good but when I finally dried my hair it didn't actually worked as expected. I decided to give it a shot next day since it didn't hurt my scalp (notice I bought super).I tried again next day, this time I continued massaging the application and finally decided to rinse after 30min!!! This did worked.I think the product is very reliable and it does protect your hair a lot. It has some oil component and it doesn't hurt the scalp but all that also results in not a very strong product as it says.My hair is very strong, for thin hair people I recommend some precaution, what I did it's absolutely not recommended.The item is shipped in a lightweight bag. I think the braking issue would be a little better if it comes in a box, the plastic used for the container is not very resistant.If you consider to use it, my recommendation is to be aware of how it feels in your scalp and if it burns that is a sign that you should rince immediately. I do recommend this product if you really know what you are doing.

This crème relaxer did not straighten my hair at all. The relaxer crème damaged my hair. It made my hair dry, breakage, and frizzy. I recommend not to buy this product.
