Which one out of the three would be best?

I think they are about even with the whitening. I like brushing my teeth the best. If you want extra you could use the pen. It really depends on what you want out of it. The biggest difference is the enamel strength version contains 1.14% sodium monofluorophosphate (fluoride) where as the stain and fresh only contain .76% sodium monofluorophosphate. The fresh version also has a different flavor profile.
