When we're paying this much, there should be the quality worth it. The ice bucket doesn't have a handle on the top. It's a normal box. There're some inner scratches as that of an aluminium vessel.Other products are sturdy but the quality definitely needs to be improved for the value for money.

The item was not handled with care, though the case of the set is really good and feels amazing, the quality of the products is also good, but it was not mentioned that the product has to be handled with care, so out of the 6 glasses 2 are defective. 1 glass has a crack and the other has been chipped off. Rest all the products and even the remaining 4 glasses are good. There is no exchange policy so I cannot return and get it for exchange, so basically I need to buy the entire glasses set from elsewhere and paid 3,999 for the rest of the items.

The packaging was good.But the product quality was not up to the mark. Had minor defects and the seller has no responsibility towards the same. Better products out there.
