Herbal Healing: Remedies for Your Most Common Illnesses

A small disappointment.
The information is written in a fairly clear format; however, I have a few issues. Midway through the book, measurements were changed from teaspoons to grams. Many Americans don't think in terms of grams, nor do they have the equipment for making accurate measurements in metric amounts. The author claims the herbs recommended are in most people's gardens. Nope. They aren't. And after some research, I discovered many of them are not available from my natural grocery shop, which carries a broad spectrum of herbs. No matter. The information is now available to me if I need it. I appreciate that part and also the fact that I paid only a small amount for this ebook. Thanks.

I liked this book. It seemed like it would be very helpful. I really like books that give me recipes that can be used.

Overall good
I have my doubts about this book. Overall it's very good but I'm not keen on the way essential oils are recommended without the usual precautions. Also, I'm not sure about keeping herbs in water, sealed and stored in fridge to be later boiled and used as a tea (no recommended length of storage time mentioned). I might be wrong and I'm happy to be corrected. Other readers may gain some interesting information which they might find helpful.
