used this last night on a 10 hour flight from atlanta to london. within a couple hours it broke. the strap that connects to the foot rest between your feet just popped off. still able to be used, feet just don't stay separated. i would recommend to not spend the extra money for the model foot separator strap as it's clearly cheaply made. just buy the cheaper one without the separator strap. i didn't even do anything to make it break. anyway even with the breakage it still made the flight a LOT more comfortable. so i'd still recommend it. the only other complaint is that the big plastic buckle kind of makes it hard to close the tray table, you have to pull the buckle down thru the gap or else the table won't close. the buckle is poorly placed, it should be further down the strap so it doesn't end up behind the table.

I had three redeye flights in one month, and after the first one I realized I needed something to make me more comfortable so I could sleep, maybe something to lift my feet be a little higher. With the small seats and cramped legroom, I didn't know what I could use. I found this foot hammock at Amazon.com and thought that might work. It went really well. I could put my feet at any level I wanted and slept much better than my husband who refused to try the sling as I bought one for him and one for me.
