Ease of usage
Excellent product built quality- personally felt better than hp in terms of user interface,-250 paper storage and adf is a good function for the ease of use.-no worry of feeding the paper every other timeGood built quality-compact-Duplex printing takes a bit of time but still okay-adf allows to scan paper biger than A4 up to legal size and quick scaning and print

Biggest regret of the year
I was using HP printer for 5 years, and then switched to Epson 2 months ago. Big mistake. The printer is 3 times more expensive than my previous one, prints much slower and with relatively lower quality.HP Smart app is so easy to use, provide one stop solution for all copying, scanning and printing needs. On the other side, Epson is terrible in ease of usage. I had to struggle to find the correct scan app. And it doesn't help with anything else. The printer shows offline one some devices in the office and online on others. It's so frustrating.I do not recommend this printer or the brand at all, until they start providing ease of usage and more value to customers. Don't make the mistake I made

Expensive but excellent printer with auto duplex
I am an Epson printer user for years. They keep amending model numbers and it's hard to find features. This printer is expensive but I bought it because it has auto duplex. Fast print and very economical.The build quality is average as the plastic seems a bit low standard than before.The packing and delivery is perfect.I recommend this printer if you are looking for duplex function. Other lower models are better

Bad product received
The product is not very easy to use. It has only been few months since I bought this printer and it's already been broken 2/3 times. It is in warranty but the epson service is not very good. Only after calling several times and waiting for few weeks the complaint was taken seriously and a repair engineer was sent. He did his job very well but still it took him 2-3 visits in time span of two weeks to repair the issue.. Several part replacement has been done and lot of expensive ink got wasted.. Pots of ink actually. Also, once as recommended by the service person we changed a part locally for about 1k rupees which was later declared useless by them. I don't know after so much work of repair in just few months of use, how many more months it will work properly. So guys think before buying.

Worst product, not worth
Worst product, not that much of worth. Always wifi issue, service person coming and asking minimum 700 rs
